It is finally December, and that means Christmas is here!!! This month, I will doing a series of holiday nail tutorials, which I call, "A Christmas Series". (It's quite original, I know) :)

Peterpan collars have been an on going trend that has been getting more popular as the year goes. I wanted to create a design that was cute and easy to do, and I came up with this! I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and if you have any suggestions or feedback, I'd love to hear what you have to say!
